The I Heart BIG BANG | Pinoy VIPs fan club, the Official Home of Pinoy VIPs in the Philippines, was created on May 13, 2010 with the aim to provide a venue for people who love and idolize Korean idol group, BIG BANG. Originally, I Heart BIG BANG | Pinoy VIPs was just a fan page in the social networking site Facebook. But because of the overwhelming increase in the number of participants joining the page, the page administrators, along with the members, decided to make it an unofficial BIG BANG fan club.

The organization shall endeavour to provide its members a venue where they can regularly express their thoughts, comments, and opinions in any BIG BANG related activity. It shall promote and propagate BIG BANG and their music through online and offline publicity, constant updates, social gathering, and community services. It shall work to strengthen the relationship and bond among its members. It shall participate in BIG BANG related activities and involve its members in worldwide VIP undertakings. Lastly, it shall actively take part in activities of other fans clubs that are related to BIG BANG, especially official VIP fan clubs.
